Welcome to the BE ONE - CHANGE ONE podcast. Our mission objective is to DEFINE VALUES, PRACTICE INTEGRITY, and INSPIRE CHANGE. Our Vision is to mentor men and empower them to achieve more by taking responsibility for shaping their own lives.

We do this by sharing stories, strategies, and tactics to inspire change and convey skills to help men create opportunity in their lives by exploring topics like authenticity, character and leadership. We encourage everyone to take personal accountability of their situation and make changes to ultimately become an example that can inspire change in their circle of influence.

Be The One person who changes their course. The one who actively decides to be different. Be driven, purposeful, and passionate and set the example for others. LEAD. Be the person you needed in your youth.

Jason "CAS" Cooper

Jason has a passion for instructing and mentoring. As a 20-year Air Force Veteran, he taught at the highest levels of tactical aviation and leadership as a graduate of the USAF Weapons School and a Squadron Commander.

As a co-host, the Be One Change One podcast is a platform for CAS to give back and pass on lessons learned from his experience as a combat fighter pilot, instructor, leader, and father. His mantra of Humble-Approachable-Credible is the value system that allows him to navigate life.

Navigate life with passion, purpose, and integrity, and have some fun along the way. Also, blowing stuff up was fun!
