Jason has a passion for instructing and mentoring. As a 20-year Air Force Veteran, he taught at the highest levels of tactical aviation and leadership as a graduate of the USAF Weapons School and a Squadron Commander.

As a co-host, the Be One Change One podcast is a platform for CAS to give back and pass on lessons learned from his experience as a combat fighter pilot, instructor, leader, and father.  His mantra of Humble-Approachable-Credible is the value system that allows him to navigate life.

Paul "Roscoe" White is a dad, an Air Force combat aviation veteran, a championship winning football coach, best-selling author, and the director of The 1 of 5 Project. He teaches students and players how to plan, execute, and debrief goals so they can win every day. Through his WORK HARD DONT SUCK program, Paul helps people silence the quitter inside, gives them the tools to win, and leads them to be champions in the game of life.

Paul also co-hosts the Be 1 Change 1 Podcast, a show dedicated to passing fighter pilot lessons to younger generations to help them grow into better men. Personal Values, Integrity, and Inspiration motivate Paul to follow his passion and purpose of mentorship and guidance. Anyone can be a champion in life with the right direction and work ethic.
